How to get through the interview phase for a job

One of the most feared moments by all, especially for those who still do not have too much work experience, is the moment of the interview with human resources staff of the company or organization that we choose as an employee.   • The first thing you should do is «Soak up» well of verified and updated information of the company you want to work for. What do you do, approximately how many employees do you have, what is your income, if you are on the stock market and can you invest in it, who are your most potential competitors, etc.
  • The second will be look for information about the job you are applying for.
